Please let us know what you see! I pulled the suspended assembly out (not sure why) and turned the gear with a flat head screwdriver. Much of the experience was with the industrial video lines of the various companies, and with Panasonic I had problems with stuff new out of the box while the Sony equivalent perfect solution ...

Took about 10 minutes and seems a fairly low risk fix. It may help to use a can of compressed air and re-lubricate appropriate parts. My children are now very happy which makes me even happier.
