i seen on a earlier forum that someone suggested that a F61 error is a protection code. In my case it is capstan of the cassette player was jammed and was being over loaded at power on self test so it was going to F61. you need to check them all for correct input and output voltages and write down your results determining which power rails are working and which are not.
