I just got a Panasonic HT95 Reciever/DVD player to play all disks again by giving the motor a little "kick start". I figured this out by reading a message posted by someone on this forum and i wanted to share my story and my expierence with the H02 error: http://www.howtomendit.com/answers.php?id=13096 Adam Kolak A quick Google search indicated this was a common problem (defect perhaps?) to many Panasonic players. reply Thank You Very Much...

Keep charging until the AC adapter’s CHARGE lamp goes out. • Are you using the battery in a cold place? I just took apart an LS55 portable dvd player with the H03 error and found a small hair in the rotating shaft that moves the laser. Move away from high power lines. Maybe we can milk a few more months out of the system.

It finally worked. You guys are great!! If the battery operates only for a short period even when it is charged adequately, it has reached the end of its service life. THANKS!!!!!

Thanks in advance. The difference you hear is probably what they use to hold the disc on the spindle. reply DVD - ERROR H03 Submitted by Elena (not verified) on Thu, 06/04/2015 - 03:12 Thanks a lot from Russia! Then the copper where the brushes rub can be cleaned and the motor will work again.

You can see their brushless motor's here and you can see the data cable in the picture and in teh specs. This was the response I got from Pansonic's service department:Quote: Our service manuals contain the schematics, as well as the parts listings. Now, I need to find a place that sell the thing. until now i've thinking to replace the damn motor whit a cdrom unit one, but i cannot tried the idea yet.

I had a Panasonic LS-82 portable DVD with the same error, and no sign of the motor running. You helped me a lot ! Please use the previous link instead. The first issue I ran into while following Hossam's post is that the tiny screws holding the DVD together were smaller than my eye-glass repair screwdriver.

Thanks. Computer does not recognize the recorder when USB connection cable is connected.• Check the operating environment. • Is the recorder’s operating mode setting correct? It's not that this stuff is alien to me. Thanks!

The photos in your artile were very helpful in fixing HO3 error of my Panasonis DVD - LS90. I had to move the laser a significant way towards the center for it to come back to life. But there I was, unplugging and replugging my DVD player, hoping against hope that the message would just "go away." It didn't. Hopefully I can inspire Panasonic to smarten up or chop some heads.

The screws were so tight I thought they were locked in with glue. How do I physically/mechanically get to the spindle? You should see something like this now (you should remove the CD/DVD before you open your machine, I forgot): Remove the two screws holding the assembly located here: Now, very It stopped reading any CD/DVDs after I turned it off using the standby button while in play mode.

thanks a Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Mon, 05/30/2011 - 17:45 Great procedure! I had to use a lot of good old fashioned elbow grease to get the screws turning. Reply Re: Panasonic DVD home theatre SA-HT940 error code F61 Susan Posted Sep 01, 2009 Hey, I have had the same problem and I took the fan off and left the Even thou the disc doesn't spin and saying that it errors out, I believe that the laser is suppose to power up but since it failed, the disc didn't spin.

Open it and see if the disc spins, if not give it a little turn by hand, if it starts spinning the motor is defective. Thanks! Always use an SD Memory Card compatible with use for video recording. An error message appears on the computer when the USB connection cable is disconnected.• Always follow instructions on how to remove hardware safely as appropriate for your computer when disconnecting the

If it fails now, it's trash. After removing the screws, peeling the back off the DVD player required a small bit of exertion to pry the form-fitting pieces apart. If I get a reply, I'll post it. @ ~ $20, it seems like this will be a good buy. Followed your instruction and got my Panasonic S35 up and running.

I bounded out the stairs, grabbed my wallet, and went to Radio Shack. I stuck toothpicks in the slots, moved the brushes then pulled the back off. How do I manually retune my DVD Recorder? Panasonic said too bad, you lose! Panasonic isn't the only company to have DVD player problems. Very helpful.

I'm going to watch "A Separation" now, a great Iranian movie :-) God bless you! Didn't even effect my manicure :-) Greatly appreciate your advice! I saw ribbon cable. I like to try to manually fix stuff before trying to figure out how to recycle and then buy a new electronic item.
